The recommended dose is: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.

One tablet contains: anti-caking agents: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3)
Content in one tablet: Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol, 1000 IU) 25 mcg (500% RHP*).
