OLIMP MCT is a complex of medium-chain fatty acids of plant origin . In their natural form, they occur in very limited quantities, and their main source of food is coconut oil. MCT fats are completely metabolized by the liver, releasing energy, without a tendency to be stored in the body as fat tissue.

Recommended daily dose: 1 tablespoon 2 times a day with meals for the first 2 days, gradually increasing the dose every 3 days until the optimal dose is obtained: 1-3 tablespoons 2 times a day.
