Use:
Cooling compress: Place the bag in the freezer for about 2 hours.
Warm compress: Place the bag in boiling water for 5 minutes or in a 650 W microwave for 1 minute.
Before applying to the skin, we recommend wrapping the bag with a cloth to avoid burns and frostbite to the skin.
The bag can be alternately cooled and heated many times.
The shelf life is usually 5 years if handled properly.
